If you mean working towards unity, justice, peace, and prosperity for every human on the planet, why would anyone who loved humanity object? Towards what greater goal could anyone work?

Yes, of course. We are not adequately caring for fellow man or our planet. Religion and politics are tearing humanity apart. As a race we need to focus more on individual healing first then healing of others and our world.
