well, first of all dont use the words "go out", say something like
"hang out" so it sounds more casual. Also be really nice about it and make it seem relaxed!

You generaly just say to him 'Want to go out' or something like that.
And dress up a bit, smell nice, and smile and touch his arm and look into his eyes.
