He's possibly the most shady political figure with the most power and influence on the world i've ever heard of. He hardly ever knows what he's talking about and couldnt' answer a question properly if his life depended on it. Also, he's part of that skulls and bones secret society... like that isn't at all suspicious.

I'd also love to know why Christians are supporting this war. It's killed hundreds of thousands of innocent people and Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11 WHICH SHOULD BE OBVIOUS BY NOW, if it isn't then... this world has more problems than it's even aware of.

Also, shouldn't the American economy be going UP from all the oil money they are rollin in?

Just because he claims to be a Christian, doesn't actually make him a Christian.

You should get your facts straight before making such irrational assumptions.
I am Christian, and I don't support him, I disagree with what he is doing. But I also disagree with what you are doing.

First, it was never a declaration that Iraq had any direct dealings with 9/11, so hold your horses there.

I don't know where you've come up with the figure of hundreds of thousands, rather inflated. Everyone knows that death occurs during war. Everyone knows that innocents are killed. In this battle ground, it is the Islamic Fascists that are inflicting most of that because they are deliberate about it.

You've answered your own question about the oil money haven't you? If there was any basis that it was "about the oil", then we'd be seeing the results, and the truth is we haven't seen any evidence that it's "about the oil".

I would have to disagree. I don't believe it's Christians, themselves, that "stick up for bush". For the most part the only people that still support Bush are those with connections to the military (families, soldiers, veterans, employees, etc) and corporations with a vested interest in the war. Since most of the people associated with the military (not all!) are also Christians then I can see how you would get the impression that Christians in general "stick up for bush".

First let me point out the obvious, your a babbling fool.

God raises up kings and He brings them down. God raises up kingdoms and He brings them down.

President Bush is doing the work of the Lord. Unlike that no account sinning Clinton.

Read your Old Testament. Did God not command the Jews to slay all those who would not worship Him? You spend too much time in the liberal mind set of PC. Now go back under your rock.

He's probably defended by many Christians because he is so solidly condemned by the heathen left.

I don't know what you mean by 'stick up for him'. If I agree with what someone says, it's not because of who they are it's because what they said fits my belief system. When I look at who to vote for, I look to see how many of the things that they say fit my belief system.

the same reason we prayed for Clinton.

he is our President and the Bible says to pray for our leaders and those in authority.

regardless of your personal preferences we owe the President of our country respect and honor. even if you disagree you should do so with respect.

Because right now the Republicans (actually, the neo-conservatives, since Republicans never USED to be like this) have the same kind of mindset that Christianity has ... follow someone blindly and don't question him. If you do, you're a sinner/traitor.

EDIT: I know not ALL Christians like Bush BUT the only ones left that DO like him are hard-core, fundamentalist Christians.

I am a christian, and, I am and have been against Bush. I feel he used Christianity to get him into the white house. he is corrupt. I feel he is guilty of war crimes, as this war really is about oil.

I am a Christian. I don't stick up for the guy. I will be thrilled when he is gone.

Why do you make such a faulty generalization?
