I am considering buying one, but I want to know how good of a brand they are.

Well, they are on eBay...and they aren't really sold anywhere else. I wouldn't pay more than $30 for such a camera. I will say that the specs are very tempting, but there's no optical zoom (digital zoom only), which means the lens design is so-so.
You can find better cameras for a few dollars more. Here's a page with cameras that are name brand.

For $80, you can get a Kodak with a real 3x zoom.

Stay with one of the more well known brands. They are more reliable, take better photos and have more options. If you have a problem with a Nikon down the line, you can send it back to Nikon to have it fixed with very little hassle. Don't throw your money away on a no name brand. As far as I can find, they don't even have a website.
