From what I saw he asked a question about the "Skull and Bones" of Kerry while standing at the mic and the police moved in
What offence did he commit ?
What charge was laid ?
What was the probable grounds that he had commited an offence ?

Watch the video -
He is standing at the mic He asks a question
A guy behind him seems to wave his arm and mouth somthing
The police move in - and try to grab his arms
What was the offence that made the police move in - What did he do or not do that spurred the police to approach and aprehend him ?

No one has come up with an answer as to why the police moved in -- in the first place
What offence did the police believe he had commited prior to their approach - Seems a simple question doesn't it ?

from what i can gather, asking questions abour election results is now illegal in florida.
this was a simply astonishing moment in american history.
this kid was irritating, but when last i checked, you couldn't arrest, let alone taser someone for being a pest.
this is an example of the police acting as a terrorist arm of the government.

Like all short pieces we see from the drive-by media, we have no idea what preceded that 30 seconds.
My gut feeling is that the security guys might have overreacted a bit, but if you asked for a vote from the rest of the audience, you'd find that the tasered student was being an annoying idiot and they were glad to see him go.

Disturbing the peace and resisting arrest is what he was charged with.
If you watch the entire video you can certainly see that he was disturbing the peace and he did resist arrest.
If he did not resist he probably just would have been thrown out of the meeting with no charges.
The "Skull and Bones" comment he made was a joke and has nothing to do with why he was arrested. It was his behavior.

because the police force has been introduced to "nonlethal" means of control and think that its the answer to all of the countrys problems. it disgusts me. The kid was expressing his open opinion at a PUBLIC forum. The police could have easily just held him down, and cuffed him, then bam, done. The usage of a taser in this instance absolutely disgusts me

He should get charged with disordery conduct for yelling, screaming, flailing his arms and refusing to leave. He should also be charged with resisiting for fighting with the officers.
That will be a short trial, all the "probable grounds" is on the tape.

He was first asked by the staff of the event to sit down. After multiple attempts by the staff to get him to either ask a question or sit down they asked the police to remove him for trespassing.

Anyone who blames the cops are morons. The little puke was looking for attention and intentionally caused a problem so he could record it. He was asked to leave and refused. The he struggled with the officer when the officer tried to escort him out. They are not paid enough to deal with snot nose college kids fighting them for a web site.

Last I heard, he might not be charged at all.
I like what Jon Stewart said about it - a case of police overreaction and student douchebaggery.
