Yes, can be dried, cooked, marinated in many ways. Some university friends ate the gold tops and did low level and high level flying from the effects of chemical contained, sadly though these can kill.

of course I and they all best eaten, NOT WITH COFFEE, crazy goofs, why would you put mushrooms in coffee???why salt in coffee,? or peanut butter in tea ??? mushroom are meant to be eaten ,no matter what type of mushroom you like,,Hey if you want to stop drinking coffee then go ahead put them in and while you ther put some peanut butter and lemon juce,with a pinch of salt and sweeten to taste with jam lololol

I like most of them. I used to only use white buttons, but the baby bellas are so much better. Especially in fettucini alfredo.
