I'm not a guy but I will try. Ok I'm not sure I completely understand but here goes. Condoms are about 98% effective if used correctly so chances are slim that she would be pregnant if you used birth control, please note I said slim but not impossible. The part I am not understanding is the "she thinks she will be pregnant within three months. If she is pregnant after you had sex this time then you should know this month. As for birth control pill I think that is something she needs to look into herself if she feels that is a good choice for her. There are definitely other things you could use to increase the your chances of not getting pregnant for example using a spermicide jelly along with the condom.
Hope this helps a little.

Well if you are having sex then yes there is a chance that she can be pregnant but the possiblitites are very low. You used a condom and thats great because you was trying to be safe but give her a first responce test and if it comes back negative then put her on birth control. If shes on birth control then you will never have to ask this question again, and wont that make you feel so much better?
Good Luck!

Take a breather. Probably just a preminotion.
1.) dont have sex
2.) she see her OBGYN to get on birth control the patch is easiest . but it still takes a month to get into her system But still use condoms along with birth control.
3.) condoms are effective it used correctly adn if it didnt break.
4.) take test later on in the month.
She's jsut freaking out (likely)

Stop having sex until you're old enough to know what you're doing. Yes, she can get pregnant, even on birth control. Yes, you should use birth control anyway, and no, it's not just something you can go out an buy. She needs to go to her doctor and get a prescription, and also a gynocological exam.

If you guys are so worried, use condoms and birth control. She will need to take care of the birth control. No offense but I really doubt she can see her future.

Condoms are very effective. Plus, if it breaks, you'll know and you will be able to purchase the "day-after pill",,, But I feel like this "sense" or fear your girlfriend expressed may be hiding some another. Talk to her to see if there would be another reason for her to feel uneasy or stressed by intimacy. ;)
