Is it Ah-kah-oh or Ah-cow ?

Yo-gee Ah-kay-oh

"Yoji Akao" is the latinized spelling of the name, if you want to be "clever" in your presentation about this Japanese business theorist, call him Dr. Akao Yoji, since that's what he'd be called back in Japan...

First is correct, but it ends up sounding more like "ah-cow" when you say it at a normal speed even with ah-kah-oh so it doesn't matter.

Akao is pronounced a ka o, in 3 separate syllables. Both a's are like the a in father, and o is like the o in oh.
