Why do some here still say the trite and confusing "Jesus is Lord !" ? I prefer to share "Our Master Creator Father God IS Jesus Christ here with us ! Yes, JESUS IS GOD; HE IS I AM here as our all-loving and graciously merciful Father and Son of Man very Elder Brother !"
Jesus easily raised HimSelf from the physical death on the cross, just as He so said ! He never died in Personality or Spirit !! Otherwise this large universe would have disappeared, and then no you or me !
Yes, a great Truth; thank you ! Salvation is a continuing ever-perfecting process of ever living here and up in the higher Heavens into our infinite Father-Son-Spirit God(s) in infinite Paradise. The Trinity is the Union of the Three equal Gods; This is God's Primal and Final perfect will to Be I AM Father as I AM Son in I AM Universal Eternal Infinite Spirit. (and an infinite number of ways to expand upon that without end !)

No, you are not saved by knowing about Jesus even the demons in hell know About Jesus. You are saved by turning to god and away from sin. Allowing Jesus to change you.

We are saved through Christ, through His work on the cross. We were forgiven by His death and sacrifice, and justified by His resurrection.
Joh 10:9 I am the door. If anyone enters through Me, he will be saved, and will go in, and will go out, and will find pasture.
Act 15:11 But through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, we believe to be saved, according to which manner they also believed.
Rom 5:9 Much more then, being justified now by His blood, we shall be saved from the wrath through Him.

You cannot be saved just by knowing about Jesus. When you believe in Jesus, believe He is the Son of God, and you ask Him into your life as Savior and Lord, then you are saved.

People are saved by asking Jesus Christ to be their Lord and Savior.
Knowing about Jesus is the same as me knowing about you...no big deal. Not going to change my life in any big way.

Neither. He embodied the psychological truth it is our job to accomplish as well - death of the little learned identity and rebirth/resurrection of the authentic Christ Self.
Only by more and more of humanity remembering their essential nature can reality gradually change. As humans with an evolved brain and consciousness we impact reality in a profound way.

Here in Cleveland there is a popular quarterback named Bernie Kosar.
If I were to see him on the street I would know who he was.
But the question is do I know Bernie Kosar and the answer is no I only know of him.
The same holds true for Jesus Christ. There is a great difference in knowing of Him and knowing Him.

I believe that it is the 'teachings' of Jesus which lead us to our salvation, not a death, but a life.
Jesus taught that we are able to have a relationship with God, our Creator, without need of church, bible or minster/rabbi. Jesus focused on the internal spirituality of each of us. When we are able to believe and access this relationship with our Creator, that is where our salvation begins, because we begin to see from God's perspective, rather than a human perspective. Jesus is the catalyst for change.
