Should I train 1st the Long, inner lazy head, or the medial, middle head near the elbow or the lateral, outer, external head which is close to the connection between the deltoids and triceps or forget all these tricep muscles and just work the triceps? I am trying to make a workout plan for myself. I am unemployed and on disabilty. I cannot afford a trainer. Please help me.

it's physiologically impossible to isolate part of a muscle. muscles either contract as a whole or they do not contract at all.

when it comes to resistance training you want to start with any compound exercises first then perform any supplemental exercises that utilized dumbbells, cables and/or pulleys...

Hit some lying french press, some pushdowns, overhead french press, then db kickbacks. 3-4 sets each.
