The condom is not a perfect seal or fit or whatever. It is possible for semen and pre-ejaculate to work it's why out, and both contain sperm.
So, there is a chance you can get pregant. It only takes one sprem. Next time use some spermicide in addition to a condom. Or consider chemical brithcontro... ya know birth control pills, they should have some coming out for guys or something.

yes it is beacause guys leak sperm lots throught sex. Although the chances r very small, she can get pregannt and the girl involved she go to a sexual health clinic and take a pregnancy test and if the 2 people r not together, an sti/std test. also if she is having sex regularly, maybe a more permanent method of contraception like the injection, pill or implant might help her infuture incase something worse happens?

no ejaculation??? Who you kidding? Even dribble has sperm in it. However, if in fact you had no semen whatsoever some out then no you can not get pregnant. No sperm. No baby.
