No, not at all. I love that cereal, it's currently in my food cabinet, lol.

Golden Grahams, like most cerelas, are chock full of vitamins and minerals, have only about 120 calories, and are low in fat. It does have 11 grams of sugar and 11% of your sodium intake, but that isn't that bad.

yes....they are a heavily processed food item. simply looking at the list of ingredients of a food item tells you how healthy it is. the longer the list of ingredients the more additives and preservatives are in it. these are the things that truly make processed foods unhealthy and not simply the amount of carbohydrates and fats.

humans are not designed to ingest man made chemicals and additives in mass quantities and on a daily basis. this is exactly what is causing the majority of the health problems in our society today.

I mean, i dont think you should live off of em. They arent exactly a health food. They are full of synthetic sugars, and processed carbs... they have almost zero protein (i guess thats where the milk comes in)... Good for you? I'd say no. But bad for you? i cant say yes to that either.

I'd probably say... like all good things in life... use in moderation!

they aren't good for you, but they aren't superbad for you either.

moderation is key. have 1 serving, don't eat half the box.
