16% bodyfat for a girl is AWESOME. and 112 lbs is light, you don't need to lose weight or you won't look fit, you'll look like a boney, lanky little stick.
i'm almost in the same boat as you. i HAVE abs, they're just covered by abit of pudge. i'm unaware of what my bodyfat percentage is, i have an appointment at my doctor's to get tested but i weigh 108 and i actually don't think i look that good, i look skinny and stick-ish even though i really am fit.

I've heard some say you need to get down to 7% body fat in order for the abs to show up. I don't know what that is in pounds, but you sound pretty light already. Don't eat less than 1500-1600 calories, otherwise you are probably starving yourself, and also lift weights for other parts of your body, too.

you might have a bulge around the abs area. to get to the abs, yes you do need to lose body fat.

If you are 16% body fat, you should already see ab definition.
In any event, you should not go under 14% body fat.

yes...great job on keeping the body fat low. it's nice to see that some girls know what there body fat % is and do not just rely on the inaccurate BMI.
