how to do air-cond service and what is air-cond is about...plz answer me....

Air conditioners are of different types, the most common being the compression based models. Air conditioning invoves cooling, dehumidification etc. of air in hot countries and humidification, heating of air in cold countries and both in mixed climates. Dust control, removal of odors and control of humidity is also involved. It is a specialised field and if you are not familiar, you cannot learn this way!
