you have a great deal of inflammation that is causing the pain and the hot feeling. Place an ice pack under your wrist for ten minutes several times a day, Advil liquid capsules taken four times daily will bring down the pain and inflammation.

see your medical doctor and get an examination to find out what is going on.

I am not a doctor...but i have a similar problem. However, my problem is with my feet.
The bottoms of my feet and sometimes my lower legs, feel hot but without the throbbing pain and swelling. Although , I do have pain on the bottom or my right heel, when I put my weight on it.
My doctor is treating me for the nerves in my feet and legs. He said that his father had a similar problem and it takes a long time to correct.
HOWEVER, I strongly advise you to see your family doctor or the problem could probably get worse.
