When you get veneers, they "rough up" your teeth to create a surface to which the veneers can bond. The advice given to me by my dentist as far as damaging the veneers was "anything that would damage a tooth will damage the veneers." (For example you can't start chewing on small stones and expect the veneers not to break.)
Nothing they can put in your mouth will be stronger than the original natural teeth, especially since the veneers are bonded to the natural teeth. The adhesive is permanent, and has an expectancy of 10 to 15 years. If a veneer comes off, it can be reattached, though it is unlikely to just pop off.
As far as they could "fall out..." I'm guessing you mean the veneers. Yes, for the reasons above. If you mean your teeth? No, they will not fall out because of the veneers.

No your teeth are not going to fall out. A veneer is alot like a fake fingernail. They do file down the front of your tooth a little to give the veneer room to be cemented to the front of your tooth. If you do not file down some of the tooth then the veneer will not fit properly and it will also stick out further than your other teeth. Veneers are a great way to make your smile look better.

WHEN I WAS IN DENTAL SCHOOL, I HAD 4 CHOICES.
1.CROWNS
2.BONDING
3.VENEERS
4. BRACES
I CHOSE BRACES.
WHY?
IT WAS BY FAR THE BEST CHOICE.
WHY?
BECAUSE THERE WAS NO GRINDING OF MY TEETH AT ALL AND THERE WAS NOTHING TO EVER POTENTIALLY FRACTURE OF COME OFF.
AM I HAPPY WITH MY DECISION?
NOW THAT I HAVE LEARNED MUCH ABOUT DENTISTRY,
I KNOW I MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE.
