Calculates the efficency of the cars, calculates wind factor. Designs new ways for all the parts to fit in a different style car. All in all is more calculations

An Engineer can be best defined as a changer of materials and it's applications.
Should be able to search for facts and solve calculations...just for good measure.

They spend day upon day figuring out how to bury car parts that fail the most under a big pile of stuff that does not. Seeing how to set it up that changing a fan belt costs $150, or where to hide the fuel filter so even Chilton's can't find it.
