Nasonex? That's the only one I remember seeing commercials for lately.

Veramyst

I just got over a sinus infection combined with the worst allergies I've ever had in my life. One of the samples my doctor gave me was Veramyst and it seemed to work very well. It's also not as nasty to deal with as other nasal sprays.
