If you are talking about the ones inside the dark brown "nut" where all the coconut meat is, yes. If you are talking about the long fibers that are between the outer shell (generally green or brown and is generally pulled away from the dark brown "nut" that has the coconut meat) - I'd say no in it's raw form. I'm sure companies can take it, grind it up very fine, and put it in capsules to take as an edible fiber. Normally it's used to make household items.
