Dont bother saying that you can't, because there are off-road centres that can teach under 17's. I just need to know where!

Again, READ THE EXTRA DETAILS!!
it is not illegal for off-road places to teach under-17s because its private property. Blimey, we have covered this, stop saying its not possible, because thats not what i am asking! I already know it is legal, and that these centres exist. I just want to know where to go.

You can either take your own car for about £20 (in £1 coins !!!!) all day (until you leave), or have an hours lesson for the learner normal rates

Within London/Greater London the only driving schools are for those wanting to drive on public roads - and that as you already know is not allowed for anyone under the age of 17 although for motorbikes you can start at 16.

For racing acadamies, go karting cetres and off road centrs you will need to head a bit further out. You did not say which side of London you are on so it is not much use finding a location for you (such as Lyden Circuit in Kent or Brands Hatch etc.) since it may not be within a suitable distance of your location. You can easily check for yourself by doing a search for circuits in the Home Counties. The AA also keeps a list of all affiliated circuits & thus the addresses etc. The off road centrs may take a bit more finding near London. Good Luck!

It is no longer possible to do this as road traffic law was extended to private land. (What you are looking for used to take place on private race tracks)

You can actually drive at any age in the UK whether you have a licence or not so long as you drive on private land.
