You can probably go to any church and if its painted white (than its a white church you can go to.).Real friends come in lots of colors -- so pick white if you want a white one but look on the inside NOT on the outside . Anyone can pray for anything but not all prayers are anwered only the ones God feels need to be. Why don't you like your dark skin? If it is healthy and not scarred or burnt be HAPPY !

Why get rid of your dark skin? God gave it to you. It is like some of the white people trying to darken their skin, by laying in the sun or going to the tanning booths, No one seems to be happy with what God gave them.God loves all races, that is why He made them! He wanted a beautiful rainbow of colors!

You can go to any church you want.
Don't pray that God would change you, but rather pray that you can accept yourself the way He made you.
Someone once said, "What you ARE is God's gift to YOU. What you DO with what you are is YOUR gift to God."
God loves you just the way you are, and He sent Jesus Christ to earth to die for your sins. But He didn't stay dead. He rose again the morning of the 3rd day, and you can actually meet Him as your Lord and Savior.
Ask Him to come into your heart and forgive you for all your sins, and you will find forgiveness as well as the peace of God that passes ALL understanding.

This is 2007. There is no such thing as a "white church." People of all races attend most churches.
I have friends of many races.
I would hope that you would love yourself as you are. Why would you want to "get rid of" your skin color?

Most "white" churches will welcome anyone with open arms. There are several churches in my area that have a mixed congregation. I don't think they'll pray for your skin to change color tho. You should consult Michael Jackson about that issue.

of course people can pray for anything they like. As far as I know its not against the law to pray (yet). But I wouldn't tell anyone..might start some sort of protest and next thing you know Al Sharpston will be at your doorstep.

never heard of a white church - only those who have people of all colors.
your skin color is irreversable - embrace the gift God gave and and grow up / face reality.

No, because God does not value one color over another. He looks on the inward person, at the heart. A man makes his way in life by his character. We choose our socks by their color, but our friends by their character.
