may be because I am eating a certain type of friuts too much or because of the period which is not come in its time not arranged I dont know however I dont eat any fats at all may be I am eating sugery food but not this much also I participated in sport club and played at trade mills but I stoped from a month do you think this is a reason but I am walking much not less then 20 min per day

its 57 kg not pounds and it was 53 kg also so advise me please

Your period has stopped because you are dangerously underweight. You're going to wake up dead if your diet and exercise habits don't change. If this question is genuine (and I'm assuming it is), you need to consult a physician about adding more weight SAFELY. Good luck, honey. It won't be easy, but it's necessary because you're starving to death slowly, and that must be very painful and confusing to your poor, wasted body (and mind and soul).

OK do you mean you weighed 53 pounds and now weigh 57? how tall are you to weigh so very little? it could be you are retaining water before your period or aren't getting enough exercise. 30 minutes every day at least is recommended. this question is hard to understand because of the way it's written.
