okey im 15 ,lost alot of wight,(i dont have flying skin around ) but when i walk my legs *the fat on them is dancing around ,so are my hands .
so who can i get my body tight

I suggest doing something to firm the muscle on ur legs, like running, soccer, or any sport that involves using your legs. what do u mean ur hands are?? good luck!

you need to exercise to tighten up your skin. walking is the best, but working out with weights will help a lot, too.
