If the US Army, USMC, USAF, ...etc be allowed, then why do we not see MERC companies like Blackwater?

BW hires former military with a clean record, honorable discharge and the ability to obtain a secret security clearance. It would be a waste of everyone's time for them to be at a high school or college recruiting. BW does recruit though - as evident by their website's posted available jobs.

I don't think so. I have always felt since the government doesn't provide funding for public schools anymore, no government entity should be recruiting there.
It's like letting a religious organization recruit in Washington.

Perhaps they have enough interest already that they do not need to hire at career days.
