when i am angry with someone for telling me a lie..

well, first do breathing exercises and calm down and then secondly, talk to someone about why you are angry, sort of get to the root issues that you want to confront that person, without the emotions, coz sometimes when you are angry, yes you do have the right to be angry, but you don't have the right to cause even more pain and damage by saying really hurtful things to the person that made you made (my dad does it to me all the time, i'm now in therapy)...and then when you have identified what it was that made you mad, sit that person down and talk to them and get it off your chest, have a conversation with them, not a screaming fest, if you find yourself shouting, walk away...

Sometimes you just have to feel what you're feeling for a little bit before you know what to do next. No matter how angry you are for being angry, you feel what you feel. And if people lying to you is a huge deal then you need to maybe talk to the person who lied to you. But if you feel it's not worth it or you've already told them how you feel then move on from them. And it's okay to mad.

Everyone lies in many ways unfortunalty..........

As for your anger i know how you feel when someone tells you lies its makes you miss trust people who you thought you could trust and so on ........ it also break relationships changes peoples prospective one things and makes some people nasty as...

talk to them face to face if they dont fess up about what they said and why thy said it there a coward & hypocrite

I don't know how you can deal with the anger i guess talk to a friend or family memeber or write in a diary maybe punch a punching bag lol

learn to deal with it and at least the violet or vocal way?

take it as it is and be comforted that you know the truth and the real truth?

no pint in getting angry, saying the wrong thngs and losing a friend?

it would be beneficial to yourself too...

think of these next time you....for it only benefits you....

normal. understand his side. count 1 to 100. think anger cause damage to health.
