Unfortunately, I've had a few drinks on a lunch break occasionally when I'm out with a few coworkers, who do the same, heh. We've been smashed on an occasion or two at work but I stopped that practice quite a long time ago.

No, but it's an old artform that people should consider bringing back:

No, never drunk - a few drinks in me yes but never drunk. I have a couple of glasses of wines at the social events my company often has so it's not unusual to have a few with the guests.

When I used to work, I never went in drunk. Now that I'm an at home mom...... I don't drink until the kids are in bed, and even then, I usually just say "screw this" and go to bed myself.

I used to work in a bar...so, yes.
Our boss didn't mind because it made us friendlier and more fun. We got our drinks for free! I've also had to go in on my off night to relieve the other waitress when she got too drunk, so there is a flip side to that particular coin..

Yes, once! I came back to the office with my boss and workmates after a birthday lunch and one of my clients was waiting outside our office looking very confused at me in my dorky party hat. The secretary had forgotten to tell me he was coming to see me and I'd had over 1/2 a bottle of champagne! I made a mess of his finances in our meeting, fixed my mistakes the next day and he never came back to see me again :D
