Ive only ONCE kicked my door in having been locked out.
I used a spinning back kick and my door few open and broke both locks which i had to repair after.
I tried my best not to use full force so as not to put my foot through the door.
I also once knocked down a large plywood board nailed to a barn with one front thrust kick. there were ten students trying to do it when I came in and they said can you do it? I shrugged my shoulders and said I don't know I'll try. I set up focused and let go. It BLEW the plywood in one piece off the barn nails and all. No damage to it. I was shocked as were the students. I also once kicked a heavy bag so hard it took my 240# Dad and knocked him off the bag and on top of his Lincoln town hood. He laughed fortunately.
