if 2 peoples shoulders are the same height and their eyelevel is the same also then are they the same height ?

ithis guy told me i look 5'11'' and he says he is 6ft 1 when our shoulders are the same level, infact my shoulder is 1 or 2 cm above his one and our eyelevel is also the same.

NO! He might have a bigger head. Skull sizes are different as well as different shapes. Therefore, eyes could be level but one person could have a larger skull cap thus making him / her taller.
