People make their own decisions to marry wrong male or female without consulting God first. Such marriages are the ones that end up in Divorces. Knowledgeable Muslims make a special prayer to God asking God for His guidance in making difficult decisions like marriage. This prayer is known as (Salatul Istikhara).
God knows what will be good for us or bad for us. Those who perform this special prayers, next day God makes them forget about what they want to do, if it is not good for them OR strengthen the thought to do if it is good for them. These are the signs of God's advice.
Yes God makes pairs in heaven. In this life if a woman is decent, faithful and loving but she marrys a bad man and suffers her life. When she enters in Heaven and tells God, I do not want her husband in life, God pairs her with another good man, who probably had a bad wife in this life and vice versa.
If a man is rewarded heaven for being good but his wife fell short of good deed and is about to enter in hell for some punishment. God will forgive his wife from punishment for the sake of good husband and will send her to heaven to join her husband. And vice versa.
All children who die in infancy go to heaven regardless of who their parents were. Children will cry for their parents in heaven if parents were not so good and are subject to punishment in hell. God being very merciful will forgive sins of parents for the sake of crying children and will send the parents to heaven also.

God is not a pimp or procurer accordig t some .some others think that god's ony business is to grant his believers some young girls with swelling breasts to enjoy unto eternity at his cost in his fiestar hotel.so it all depends on the culture and minds of the people concerned .

Pairs - joined in marriage - live in heaven for some time. Then both prefer adjacent Hell to Heaven and migrate to it and live separately in comparitive PEACE.

Never heard that. Never read that. So maybe show us a bible verse that talks about that and then I will explain it. But, I don't think that you can, I think you are mistaken because there is no marriage in heaven.
