i have a niece with blisters on hands and feet sounds like hand foot and mouth disease but getting conflicting diagnosis when googled

There is usually low grade fever, with small pink blisters 2 - 3 mm in diameter on palms and soles. There are usually only a few, but there may be many. There may be small lesions in the back of the throat. And, there are often small blister-like lesions on the buttocks, too.

Sounds like it. Does she have any in her mouth? In any case, the virus is self-limiting so there's no treatment, just alleviate symptoms with Calpol.
