By the way, I accept the theory of evolution, but that does not make me an "evolutionist". It's not a religious thing.

No. Atheism is a belief that there is not God. NOTHING else is entailed by this.

Most atheist do believe in evolution, because its the best theory around at the moment.

Buddhists are atheists, I don't know if they agree with evolution

Most xians agree with evolution - it's only the yanks that seem to have the problem
