Goats milk is a good alternative if you are allergic to cows milk. Also try soy milk. The vanilla soy milk is great. As for the eczema try taking 1,000mg Borage Oil capsule 2 times a day. You can buy this at Wal-mart, GNC, or any vitamin store. It is inexpensive and really helps. You can do a web search on "benefits of borage oil" and read through the listed sites.

It only helps in that you use it as a substitute for cows milk which is linked the eczema. Often the products which are pertroelum based make short term comfort gains but actually make the conditions worse. Getting a whole house water filter installed os great because then you can bathe without chlorine and there is a brilliant hand wash made out of natural ingredients you can get from SkinKind in Bradford - search on line and they may be able to send you some samples - its well worth trying.
