This seems like a very unnatural way to interpret the clean and unclean laws in Leviticus. Sure they're hard to understand. But to interpret degree of "uncleanness" as God not liking it just doesn't make sense. For example, a number of animals are described as unclean. What could God possibly have against grasshoppers, especially when he has created them and said they are good (Gen 1)??
This is not an example of a contradiction in the Bible (of which there are a number) - just poor interpretation.
