My understanding of how it works is as follows. A percentage of ticket sales from all the european countries contributes to the jackpot.

They give an estimated jackpot based on previous ticket sales.

As it's a rollover to 88 million and they won't let it rollover again there just being greedy.

But seriously, all countries in the EU are contributers.

Do a search and find out which countries are in the EU?

First i,ve heard of this, must buy a ticket,it only takes one ticket to win it,the last big rollover was around 180 million euros.3 people shared it.
