just ask!!.to be more specific ,be in quiet place ,sit or lay down and become aware of your breathing.feel yourself totally relax .imagine a white light swirling around you and protecting you.in your mind ask for your your spirit guide. it might not work at once so dont give up.you will know when you do. you may see an image or hear a name.dont be shocked if it is someone other than you'd like it to be.not everyone has an indian guide or guardian angel.if it doesn't happen the first time try it again the next day.you're in for a surprise.i feel it is someone you use to know!

Seems you have an open mind sooo. keep it open and ask it. Its right next to you right now. Keep an eyes out for animal that are around you even insects. I had a praying mantis literally fall in my lap! It was one of my spirit guides and had a message for me. Also today A badger was in my yard. What I say I live in the city. Not real common ya know. So I looked up what a badger means and I was astound at what it stood for it was amazing.
