and if not then what is the strongest it possibly can be. who ever answers the best ill send a couple o bottles. thanks

sure. i usually add about 16 to 24 oz of honey to the boil. sometimes brown sugar. all those sugars will convert to alcohol thus yielding higher alcohol content. try it and see what your hydrometer readings are. my honey porter comes in about 9% with honey and brown sugar. can use a cup or a pound of brown sugar. can add more honey than that. is your taste buds so adjust to your liking. i can email ya the recipe. is quite tasty. is quite a warming beer that is perfect for the colder months. let me know how you make out.

Man! You'd be better using a still!! :-)

Noted the answer above. Honey, malt, brown sugar and extra yeast works well.

Makes a much thicker brew and as said, really not a refreshing brew, more for a snowy night in front of the open fire. And DO NOT attempt to operate machinery after inducing ... unless you want a lot of fun!

At 1kg of sugar your around4.8- 5.0 alc cont so if you add 1.5kg your at approx 9.0- 10.5 alc cont ,the more you add to the fermenter the stronger the content,but store bottles at safe distance,success rate approx 85% to 95% no explosions,but the out come tooo good,

yes you add more sugar,my dad made some years ago and i couldnt feel anything ,i have never been so drunk
