First of all you are NOT ugly. Secondly, I didn't get that idea from this email. This man is seeing someone else and has enough class not to lead you on and enough class not to cheat on his girlfriend even through email.
Do not feel hurt by this. This man thought enough of you to make his position clear.
Honey you are not ugly at all. Don't think that - saying that about yourself may be a case of being your own worst enemy by engaging in negative self-talk.
