Your back has to get better to be able to get into a regular routine. You should not workout as long as your back gives you problems. I would recommend going to more therapy. Usually therapy is long term for it to be successful and you may see some weight loss with the workouts that they assign.

Just focus on eating healthier for now, that's the safest thing at the moment.

don't workout just go on a lean diet to lose fat your body naturally burns quite a few calories so when your eating i'd eat like 1400 calories a day and eat them in numerous small meals throughout the day. Seriously though never exercise something that's hurt. Just stay lean stay away from too many carbs at one time and try to keep your maximum calories from fat less then 15% through the day. Also if will is a problem I know it sounds kinda gross but keep ur dishes from your meals with you so you can actually see how much you've eaten. It's your eyes that really make you eat not your stomach, If you see how much you've eaten it might give you some strength and counting calories also really helps If you have a limit or a quota you won't think to yourself well one more bite won't hurt.

Also DONT EAT LESS THAN 1200 calories your body will think your in a famine and it'll start getting it's nutrients from your muscles instead of from fat bodies. So not only will you not lose fat that day you'll lose precious muscle and each lb of muscle burns 60 calories in a day. So every day after starving yourself like that you'll less and less calories. So many girls want to lose weight so fast yet they really don't understand that starving yourself isn't the fastest way.

First, keep a journal, so that when you're frustrated you write out your feelings instead of eating. Second, keep looking for doctors who can help. For back pain, chiropractic is proven to work: even the American Medical Association says so, and they hate chiropractors.
