Sometimes the food at the track is cooked in such volume some does not get fully cooked thus it opes up for bacteria(not e-coli).Some of the bacteria is harmless but if a driver(or a fan) has a weak immune system from a cold or dental work or other type illness then the bacteria could cause bouts of diarrhea, nausea and vomiting, thus Track food poisoning,(I had it last fall after Talladega)

Been to several tracks over the years and Martinsville is the only one that to me the food is good at. Got the best hot dogs around. Besides the prices for food you could feed a small country on it.

The only reason I've ever puked at the track is from the amount of beer I consumed. It had nothing to do with the food.
