i get in my car,go for a drive, crank the stereo up and sing like there's no tomorrow

Whenever I am really stressed, I find that getting out on my bike is the best remedy. Excercise releases "feel good" chemicals to the body that I crave. Riding my bike 20=30 miles helps me get that good feeling and then I can go home and be more relaxed with the stressers that sent me out on the road in the first place.

I work on miniatures for my dollhouses. Its the only thing that works for me, I have an anxiety disorder and this requires my complete attention so I cant think about anything else.

Giving thanks for little things, the roses, the weather, the mountain, the rivers, a roof over my head, a bed to sleep on, electricity, etc.

Listening to soothing music.

Pray.

Going for a walk.

Take a nap.

Going shopping.

Talking to a friend.

Buy something i like.

Watch TV.

Eat sushi, have something I like.

Some confide in their pets.

Have a soft drink.

have chocolate.

Laugh it off.
