I knew there was something wrong with Gonzales. Could it be his first name was Alberto?

It is easier to generalize for then we don't have to tell the truth! At least most of it!

Though I really think Gonzales should be deported! Or be in jail. Take your pick! Yes I know he is American, but hell, we locked up Americans of Japanese ancestry, didn't we?

Are you kidding me? First of all who's we? Let me just tell you straight up. People such as "Jose and Alberto" are most likely Mexican because they have easy access into The U.S.A while people such as "Peter and Raj" at least have Green cards and work permits and have the decency to come into this country with some Identification and pay for a flight. Illegals are a huge problem and the majority of illegals are Mexican so why would we say "Peter, Vladimir" if there not the majority of illegals? I honestly think this is the dumbest question.

If you are too young to remember, we were far more concern of the CHinese illegal immigrants 10 to 20 years ago, even though they make up of a small percentage of the illegal immigrants. The reason we talk more about Hispanics, is that they were the ones in the May 1st march, rather than the other Ethnic groups. I personally only saw the Mexican flag. I didn't even see a Salvadorean flag flying. The other reason is that Hispanics make up of 75% of all illegal immigrants. CHinese, Indians Filipino's and Koreans make up most of the rest. Former Soviet and Polish make up of the bulk of the European illegals. I've seen contradictory data of the makeup of non hispanic illegal immigrants.

When you talke a problem, you hit where the number is largest and work your way down. If you attack all the illegal immigrants from Monoco, how much of a result you would get. That's why we ned to adress the Mexican border first, then we could do something about the Visa Overstayer.
PS today, I mention that Chinese illegal immigrants sometimes enter the port of Vancouver and cthen cross the Canadian border to get to New York City, so the Canadian border is important too.

We generalize, Kevin, because the numbers are that 70% of illegal aliens in the U.S. are of Latino descent. That leaves 30% for every other ethnicity in the world.

The numbers speak for themselves. It isn't every......but it is 7 times out of 10.

When you generalize, you take the most common occurence and apply it consistently. It's human nature to do so. And based on statistics, much more often than not, the generalization applies.

Fact. illegal alien is not a race or creed
Fact. most illegal aliens in the U.S. come from mexico
Fact. I personally have never "only generalized jose or alberto for being illegals
Fact. Therefore The only one using the word "only" is you.
Why?

Deport ALL illegal aliens.

because they don't march in the U.S. with mexican flags and burn the U.S. flag when doing so. they do not have websites that indicate that they think or say the U.S. was stolen from them and they intend to take it back by occupancy. hmmmm they are not pushing for an amnesty. the people we see crossing our southern borders in droves are latino of some kind. mexico really has no problems with illegals because they have such harsh laws except for the people from central america just passing through to enter the U.S. illegally. get the picture, generally speaking.

I don't know and am looking forward to hearing why too. It's wrong and also personally insulting I would think.Just as all the posts that pick out a crime and say "Is this those Mexican values"? Many American CITIZENS are Mexican and yes they have good values so I find that type of post offensive.

we are talking about illegals, i have not ruled out from other countries but if your water line in your basement burst and is gushing water all over the floor, do you focus on that or the fact the last person to walk in the front door didn't wipe their feet and tracked some wet spots across the kitchen floor. 20 million illegals is what they say when they are telling us not to worry about trying to get them out of here. what other country has 20 million illegals in the USA???

The racism was in place before immigration became an issue: to the Antis it became politically correct in the immigration debate to use that racism, Legally.
