Of course I am speaking of the former speaker Newt Gingrich. If he does what chance do you see him getting the nomination?

Petey, please explain how the Republicans are divided. As with the Dems, the major Republican candidates have little difference in policy or ideology, with the exception of Ron Paul.

Oh well your certainly right, I didn't mean to say that Ron Paul was a major candidate, I just misspoke.

Actually Newt is a very intelligent man, and a sharp politician.
The only thing, I see ,keeping him from being more popular, is his unimpressive speaking voice. For some reason men who have a high speaking voice, don't fit the father figure that most Americans look for in a President.
I don't think he has enough backing to get the nomination, and his marital infidelity is working against him.----But I would vote for him if he got the nomination.

probably. He has a decent chance of being nominated. I disagree with your statement about Ron Paul. He's not a major republican candidate.

I dont have a problem with it...republicans can keep dividing themselves while the Dems are united behind the issues..

Well Romney shook up the tree today with his comments and I dont think the republicans are satisfied with the candidates gun, abortion, or illegal immigration stances...

Both Giuliani and Romney didnt do crap about illegal immigration when they were in charge but now its some sort witch hunt...
Thompsons gun record makes people question him
A lot of flip flopping going around in the past

I hope not, How would this benefit the country.

Are you serious... you don't see how Republicans are divided? Expand beyond fox news and you might become more intelligent in your observations.
