as quickly as refused a learn visa, will lower back be refused. Visa officers stick to their stand (because it added justifies their previous determination-making) somewhat than reconsidering an utility. it is going to only bring about re-denial and make your case weaker for added purposes for different visa varieties. If the reason of denial is something you're able to do approximately, I propose convey a pair of exchange on your utility status and make it justifiable for re-submission, then attempt it. otherwise the end result often is the comparable for a 2d utility for a learn visa.

Turn yourself in to the nearest ICE agent and explain that you want to follow the proper legal process to become an American, even if that means going back to your natural home for a while to get your act together and do your proper application/paperwork and if you are eligible you are welcome through legal channels.

If you are not willing to do that, you are not willing to be a real American, because modern America distinguishes itself among nations as a nation of legal process. If you want to restrict yourself to certain racist neighborhoods and cultures, then take a hike. Illegal aliens can never be real Americans because by the very nature of their presence proves they refuse to respect at least one law FUNDAMENTAL to the sovereignty of the nation. If I snuck into Iran, or England, or Mexico, disregarding the laws of entrance, would I ever be a real Iranian, Englander, or Mexican? I think not.

So become an American citizen in the right way or stay out of my country. Most by far of the people who have done it the right way would agree with me. What is it about an individual's psychology that would allow him or her to disrespect all of the millions who have done it the right way? Narcissism.

Return to your home country and apply again for a visa at the American embassy there. This is the only way to get a visa.

why do you want to stay here? this place? you don't want to live here. it reeks of crap, its over populated, theres an over abundance of children who can't read, theres no social security for our future, schools suck, you know why? because you "immigrants" started moving here a while back. stay where you came from, this place ain't for you. your not welcome.

If you are Mexican, just come to my town. If you are something else then I am afraid you may need to see an immigration attorney.
