So if he left, then what came later, and is he some kind of YO-YO? or was that a man made thing too?

It sounds like what your talking about is Jesus when He said that He had to leave in order for the Holy Spirit could come.

Nobody did.
Jesus said that when he left the Holy Spirit of God, which will reside within you will come. John 15.
Muhammad cannot live inside of you, since he is a person.
The Bible does not predict the coming of another true prophet after Jesus.
