Actually, Jesus was the scape-goat. You have to look at the Jew festival, Yom Kippur. It symbolises the fact that some one will take the sins away from the Jewish people. A priest during yom kippur, takes the blood of one goat that is sacrificed and dips his hand into the blood. He prays to God's that the blood represents the sins of the whole nation of Israel, then places the blood on the forehead of another goat. The priest then takes this goat out of the city to roam the wilderness. This symbolised Jesus when he took the sins of the world and took your sins to hell with him. Only the messiah (Jesus) can do this. Thus he became a scape- goat for all of us.

Literally. He tried to open up Judaism to Gentiles and got hanged for it. He's a celibate Hanged God, the very symbol of Death. Christians would make themselves look so much better if they supported His being a Father of children and not a Celibate, but they worship the lack of any mortality and pray for the world to end. So, who am I to judge these sick, diseased people? I support the Atheist goal to wipe them off the globe. They offer nothing worthy of conserving for the long run.

Not sure what you mean, but he would've been considered a lamb....not goat. Goats are mentioned, but not referring to Jesus.
