Look, I'm not trying to be anorexic, but I need to know how to make my stomach flatter, and for me to have a model like figure, any food suggestions, what should i eat, limit my food, eat nuts and berries, seriousely, any help would be great. thanks.

Much of the time models do not have healthy figures. Models lose weight through things like anorexia, smoking and taking drugs. I don't think that having a figure like a model should be your goal. I think the first thing to do is to get an evaluation by a doctor or nutritionist, who can help you to discover what your target weight, BMI and or body fat percentage should be. Then focus on optimum health by following their recommendations. To your health!

Ok so what I do is I eat only about a cup of special k or something light for breakfast and a piece of fresh fruit for lunch. I would eat something medium sized for dinner and then go and run or powerwalk as far as you can. The next night go a little farther than you did the night before. Good luck!

If you are not overweight then just tone your problem areas with exercise.
