Boy do I realize what an addiction food has been for me!

I ate when happy
When sad
When bored.

So I got off all that, stopped the pop, stopped ordering pizza and now I have slowy sunk into the "I've worked hard, I can have this a litt,e that a little."

I have gained back 5 pounds. So now I have 55 more to lose. Please help me!!!!

Don't give up on your goals. Just because you've had a setback doesn't mean that your work hasn't been effective. You're already in a healthier place, right? So just take stock of where you are and keep going in the right direction to better health. You can do it!

You know, you and I are in the same boat. Now, I really do love to exercise, but it will be less strenuous when I get my weight off. When I am out there running or doing aerobics, etc. I regret all those donuts and pizza that I ate. I treat myself often. If I do well, I enjoy myself in moderation. I also eat whatever I want 1 day a week. These are ways that I reward myself,l but then I get back on the diet.

You can do it, and don't let 5 lbs. be a setback to you.
