1. Nachos is the way to go. A healthy way is to Cook some ground beef or Ground turkey in water. Season the meat as you wish (lightly season with meat tenderizer, the brand GOYA is the best). Put a third of water in the pot first and simmer it, then dump the meat in the pot. Cover it for a few minutes and chop it up while your cooking with a spatchala. Heat up the nacho cheese separately first and then drain the meat and dump it in the cheese.
2. You can also buy (frozen)Fully cooked Italian Style meatballs. Throw them in the oven as directed and 10 mintues before their done, drench them in SWEET BABY RAY barbecue sauce. You can buy some bread with it if you want. (hot dog buns or a loaf of bread)

If you guys invites friends alot, think about Getting a Sam's Club Card or Cosco Card. They have all kinds of Appetizers that you can just through in the oven and there easy!

Fried Chicken Balls

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 large onion, chopped fine
1 hot green chili, finely minced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves (also known as coriander)
All-purpose flour
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Vegetable oil for frying
Plum sauce OR Hoisin sauce for dipping*

1.If available, use a food processor to finely mince the chicken breasts (or finely mince by hand). Add the prepared vegetables to the minced chicken, mixing well.
2.Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in flour to coat. Heat 1/4-inch oil in a large frying pan and fry balls until golden. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with Plum sauce or Hoisin sauce.

Makes about 24 to 36 appetizers.

marinate chicken tenderloins or slice breasts into strips, stick a wooden skewer through it, then marinate in italian dressing . take a large can of dry roasted nuts, put in a food processor, or blender, and slowly add vegetable oil, and a spoon full of cayenne pepper till its soupy and not chunky. either broil or bake or grill the marinated strips, and serve a few on a small plate with a small plastic cup, or ramikin full of the spicy peanut sauce. It's called chicken satay, but on a stick instead of chopped up and sauted together. Of course if you don't have a processor, ya cant go wrong with terryaki marinaded shrimp kabobs either, or just go pick up some sushi.
