Anything that's quiet. Coloring books and crayons are good, but realize that once you drop one on the floor it will roll under the seats -- so take extra.

Be sure to take extra food, drink, and diapers. I've been stuck on flights for up to 4 hours longer than they were supposed to take. It becomes quite obvious when there's a baby onboard who's mother wasn't equipped with enough diapers.

We did well with lift the flap books, little people has some with lots of flaps. Another treat - time consuming - was that paper with little dots of candy on it. Since you're going on this long of flight, we also liked this Melissa and Doug farm puzzle, where the pieces didnt come out, they just moved around like a maze. Not losing stuff is key. So a travel magnadoodle is almost better than crayons.

you are able to incredibly a lot take any toy, different than something that resembles any form of weapon, consisting of a platic handgun, knife or something of that form. and additionally you are able to hold the booster seat as a carry-on yet you are able to not (in some airways) apply it to the airplane seat to seat the baby. Sorry. the baby would desire to and could be seated in his own seat and along with his seatbelt on, with not something in between the babys abdomen and the seatbelt (no padding of any form). Have a secure holiday!
