No matter how much you don't want to, you HAVE to tell someone. Someone who can actually come to your house and help you.
I am 24, and am pretty much in the same boat as you are. I went for years and years without telling anybody how I really felt and I finally snapped and blurted it out to a friend of mine. It felt so good. Now, I have support from many friends, and my boyfriend who also didn't know about this for a long time.

Just remember that you are not alone in this at all. A LOT of people feel the same way that you do, and people won't judge you when you tell them. They will do everything they can to help you. But in order for you to be helped and not feel this way any more, you have to reach out to somebody and let them know.

Please call 1-800-suicide. You can talk to a professional that can help you. If not please go to the ER they can direct you to a place where you can get some help.
Are you on medication for your bi polor? Maybe it isn't right for you and you need to have it switched.
Try to take it easy nothing is that bad that you should feel the need to end your life. Take one step at a time and things will change for the better. Good luck.

Hi, you're probably in a low/depressed area right now.

Have you taken your meds.?? If not; I'd do so soon;as they will help to calm some of these feelings.

I'm NOT a "DR.", I've just been "there" and know that it may feel better to say goodbye sometimes!

You and I are Still Here because God has a plan in our lives that even WE don't know!

Don't give into these feelings, okay?!!!

If you believe in God, pray! There's NO help like divine help!

You may think that things will never get better but that is just the chemical imbalance. You have to think about how that will impact the people left behind. Don't be selfish...ask a friend or family member for help. Call a doctor...there are phonelines to talk to people...

PLEASE do not kill yourself. You should call for help even if its 911. I have been in your situation before plenty of time it is not worth it. Think about how the people around you who loves you would feel if you were not in their lives anymore.I believe you should seek help and surround yourself with maybe a different environment of people who loves you and are positive in your life.

there is always going to be a person in your life that will trigger these emotions and usually they're the best help in your life, just know one thing YOU ARE NEVER ALONE, if you do decide that ending your life is the best solution, just think of how many other people's life you will end as well...

PLEASE go and see a doctor as soon as you can. Whatever you are going through can be resolved by talking to someone.
